Weekly Wrap Up 30 Apr-6 May

Hello again, it’s the end of my reading week and so I am here to tell you guys what I read. I actually once again had a really good reading week which I define as finishing at least one book and thoroughly enjoying it. I have been reading quite a bit lately and I have been finding that keeping myself ‘accountable’ for my reading by wrapping it up each week is actually really helping me stay on track 😀 Anyway lets get on with what I read this week;

What I Read This Week

Sycthe by Neal Shusterman

I absolutely loved this book and gave it five stars! This book thoroughly exceeded all of my expectations and I enjoyed every second of reading it. I really enjoyed seeing how this world worked with the end of mortal death and the Sycthedom was really interesting to read about. The characters were fantastic and I loved watching them develop throughout the book and create their own ideas as to what type of person they should be. I will be writing a full review for this book so when it is up there will be a link here.

What I Am Currently Reading

Warcross by Marie Lu

I am just under 100 pages into this book and I am really enjoying it so far. I am really enjoying Marie Lu’s writing style and find myself thoroughly immersed in the story which always really increases my enjoyment of the novel. I am planning on continuing reading it as soon as I finish writing this post.

Fables, Volume 6: Homelands by Bill Willingham, Mark Buckingham, and David Hahn

Once again I am loving this graphic novel. I really cant articulate my feelings for this series other than it just includes everything I could ever want it a comic. Fairytale creatures, magical items, mysteries, intrigue and amazing character development and relationships. I will be continuing on with the series until I run out which is very soon unfortunately and then I will have to buy the rest at some point.

What did you guys read this week? Once again if you have read any of these books let me know what you thought of them 😀

Thank you for reading!
